• Relocate warehouse operations and the associated office between two Cerritos facilities, with warehouse work sequenced before the office move.
• Disassemble, transport, re-erect, and level pallet racking at the destination.
• Disconnect commercial printers from power, move them, and set them in place at the new facility.
• Transfer palletized inventory and warehouse contents with forklift support.
• Disassemble, protect, transport, and reassemble office furniture, and relocate office contents and appliances.

Documented outcome

The 40,000 sq ft warehouse relocation was completed in four days, covering commercial printers, pallet racking, inventory, and the associated office move.

Scope of work

• Decommission entire buildings and coordinate office relocation across multiple buildings.
• Relocate office furniture and equipment as part of the broader building transitions.
• Inventory, sort, and quarantine Dell enterprise systems, document Service Tags, and prepare equipment for controlled disposition and recycling.
• Manage IT asset disposition and provide certificates of destruction as part of the project closeout.
• Remove remaining furniture and equipment and complete broom-clean facility turnover.

Documented outcome

The work covered building decommissioning, multi-building relocation, IT asset disposition, and facility turnover, with certificates of destruction provided. The Draper project record includes on-site sign-off on September 24, 2026.

Scope of work

• Decommission office spaces across multiple floors to support the renovation.
• Relocate office furniture, artwork, and employee belongings, then reinstall them as part of the phased project.
• Reinstall office furniture, artwork, and employee belongings across the renovated floors.
• Dispose of furniture excluded from the move.

Documented outcome

The office contents were relocated and reinstalled as part of the multi-floor renovation. The completed relocation and disposal record confirms all phases were complete in March 2026.

Scope of work

• Receive and stage the project furniture at Vector's warehouse, then transport it to the Yorba Linda site.
• Uncrate, assemble, and place furniture across both floors, including private offices, shared workstations, reception, training rooms, conference rooms, dining, and lounge areas.
• Handle second-floor furniture by stair carry under the approved access scope.
• Coordinate final placement, a walk-through across both floors, packaging removal, and the included punch visit.

Documented outcome

The two-floor delivery and installation was recorded as completed in August 2026, covering the complete furnishing scope from warehouse receiving through assembly and final placement.

Scope of work

• Receive and deliver the specified furniture in multiple deliveries to support the installation sequence.
• Assemble and install shared workstations, private-office desks, and furniture for the finance and open-office areas.
• Install training tables, conference and huddle-room furniture, and seating for office, training, and meeting spaces.
• Coordinate the work around site access and crew protective-equipment requirements, with a completion walk and documented punch items.

Documented outcome

The workplace installation across office, training, and conference areas was recorded as completed, with site sign-off on October 7, 2026.
